Good: The Fairmont Banff was an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel, the view from the room was incredible, the staff was more than helpful from the second we checked in and throughout our stay. The views were phenomenal, the food was fantastic and we just felt like royalty. It wasn't just a hotel. It was an entire experience. We had a really wonderful time and made some great memories.
Bad: We were there for four nights but we wish it had been longer!

Good: Everything was amazing. Every member of staff we spoke to was so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is so beautiful, the facilities and activities included amazing and the room was so comfortable. I couldn’t fault it at all. We didn’t want to leave!
