9Superb
Good: My best friend and I booked a twin room for a girls overnight stay in London to visit the Tower of London which is literally across the road.
The room was quite big and the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed.
There was a nice bar in the reception area where we had a cocktail before we checked into our room.
We would definitely recommend it for the cleanliness and the location.
Bad: We went up to the roof top bar and were a little disappointed with the view from the bar area as the outdoor part was not accessible when we went in there. It was also very expensive. £46 for 2 cocktails is outrageous so we had only 1 each and left.

6Not up to usual Hilton...
Good: Beds comfy
Shower powerful
Bad: 1. We travelled together with elderly disabled parents I was asked if we needed to be next door rooms I said we didn't mind being on same corridor not next door. They gave a room miles away. First room was like a broom cupboard awful view of air conditioning unit only room 333.
2. I called 24 hrs before to discuss room type to ensure we had a standard shower room not accessible as it’s too slippy for my mum. I was told this had been booked . On arrival we were give accessible room which I declined and was told to pay extra £20 for changing . I refused .
3. Roof top bar staff taking orders were rude, ignores us and took 20 mins to take an order after requesting to on both rounds . Then not getting our drinks for over 30mins.
4. Breakfast staff were polite but slow service
No plates cleared from tables whilst we ate for an hour. I had to wait for hot food to be replenished.
