Good: Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious everything was. The staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making us feel right at home.
We were also delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! Our room was spotless, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The mattress was amazing, ensuring we had a wonderful night's sleep.
Location-wise, it was perfect for our needs – very close to the subway and conveniently near the concert venue we were attending.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would absolutely love to return in the future.
Bad: Breakfast price is fixed at £20 per head. I would have liked another lower priced option for a quick, small breakfast e.g. just a coffee and pastry.
