7Amazing location, if you can bear the smell!!
Good: The location is amazing!!! Very spacious apartment and the reception staff were really lovely and accommodating...especially the guys on the night shift!
Bad: The smell!!! Our first apartment smelt like Dot Cotton had lived there and smoked 40 cigarettes a day in the hall. We asked to change apartments and they gave us a key to try two other rooms. One of the apartments was bearable so we moved. I really do not know what the smell is but it's extremely strong. Smells like cigarettes and mould.

Good: All of the staff were exceptionally nice. Allan was extra helpful to me, especially when I found out that air Canada cancelled my return flight just as I was vacating the unit.
I saw 2 units as the first one was too dark for me as I have poor vision. I was upgraded to the second unit with out hesitation by the front reception staff. I cant say enough good things about how friendly they were. The apartments are located in an excellent location - there is a huge grocery store just a few feet away as well as across from the underground and rail lines.
Bad: There is very little to say that is negative but I wish the bathrooms were brighter and overall a few floor lamps would be nice. A rack to dry clothes on would also be helpful as the clothes are a tiny bit damp after drying in the washer/dryer.

10Perfect in every way.
Good: That is was picture perfect, it was literally across the road from Liverpool at station, beside some wonderful pubs, boots the chemist was next door and Tesco just down the street a few minutes so we had everything we needed close by.
The staff were all lovely and super helpful, I needed a camp bed which was sorted no problem for a reasonable additional cost.
The towels were big and fluffy, the bed was spotless white and super comfy. Will be back without a doubt.

9great stay apart from occasional noise , staff friendly , great location for exploring with tube 2 mins away .
Good: location was great to explore the east end .
Bad: was noisy at times being next to an alleyway with drunks in the early hours .
