Bad: I recently stayed at your hotel and was surprised to see a charge added for housekeeping services. This fee was neither mentioned during check-in nor disclosed in the booking details. I believe charging guests separately for a basic service like housekeeping, which is typically included in any reputable hotel’s rate, is highly inappropriate.
After raising the issue, the fee was removed — but the fact that it was added in the first place left a negative impression. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a standard practice, as it does not reflect the standards one expects from a hotel of your caliber.
