Bad: Room didn't have landline phone to call reception or restaurant for room service. For request like bottle opener had to go to reception. Also for Room service food also had to go again down all the way to the restaurant to order food for the room. Never have seen a hotel where for room service you have to take elevator and go to restaurant. Tried to ring reception directly from mobile so many times as there was no Landline provided but no one was answering.
If there is fire or medical emergency how should guest contact reception who are first contact in these cases.
Was there for 2 nights and informed reception about problem and nothing was done to resolve on next day also or do room move.

10I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Good: Location was perfect, close to train and Gornergrat stations. Away from the noise in town.
Bad: There was no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries.
