5We had a good stay...
Good: The room was clean and comfortable
Bad: We were on the 3rd floor with a heavy suitcase and there wasn’t a lift, the free breakfast was very basic - toast and cereal

Good: An easy 10 minute walk from Victoria station.
Bad: Not realising that there was no lift to take us to the third floor where our room was. No real information to suggest our room was very small with a double bed up against the wall and the width of the door the other side front.
