9Nice hotel in convenient location....
Good: Location, kindness of all staff.
Bad: Shower floors are a bit slippery. The elevator was tiny! There was no air conditioning, and it was very hot in London during our stay. However, the staff was quite helpful in finding fans, and I believe air conditioning is coming.

Bad: Probably worst hotel I have stayed at. Tiny rooms, bathroom the size of a phone box and, in a London heatwave, NO AIRCON ! They take a GBP 50 deposit for "breakages" but don't assess and payback until noon when most people are checking out for early flights. After 24 hours I have still not received my deposit. Seems like a scam.
