Bad: Extremely poor cramped room layout on three separate levels and three doors within 3ft of each other with not enough lights

Good: Cleanliness, ambiance, location to tube and the surrounding area felt safe/nice. Gave a large bottle of still water.
Bad: TV too big for room. Put in a smaller TV to left of bathroom door in room 507 and make it easier to walk around the room.

Good: Great location. Great air con. Comfy beds and pillows. Funky modern interiors.
Bad: When we arrived we we told to take a seat even though the two staff at check in were available and there were no other customers around. We waited, then were called up a few minutes later. Seemed like a super unnecessary process to make everyone sit down when reception team were free.
